Before placing an order, please ensure that the entrance or doorway of your home, office, shop, building, or premises is large enough for the product to pass through. SSBC Limited will not accept returns, refunds, or order cancellations if delivery cannot be completed due to access limitations.

Some products may require self-assembly. Assembly instructions and the necessary hardware will be provided. Customers may need to arrange a qualified carpenter or technician for installation where required.

Where installation guidance is provided by SSBC Limited, the customer's appointed carpenter should be present to understand the installation process.

Please inspect your product carefully at the time of delivery.

For freestanding products, unevenness of up to 5 mm due to differences in floor level or surface is considered an accepted industry standard. Minor adjustments may be required to balance the product.

If the product has dust or appears less shiny, it can be cleaned using a soft cloth. This is a standard and accepted furniture care practice.

SSBC Limited takes every reasonable precaution to ensure your product is delivered safely.
However, if:

• Your product has scratches, breakage, or any transit damage;
• Any instruction manual, screws, nuts, bolts, or accessories are missing;

please contact our Customer Support Team within 3 (three) days of receiving the product.

To process your request, you must provide clear photographs of the damaged area. Once received, we will review the claim and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as applicable.

Please retain all original packaging materials until instructed otherwise by our team. Refunds will only be processed after the product has been collected through our reverse pickup service. Please allow up to 3 business days for reverse pickup, followed by additional time for refund processing.

Once an order has been confirmed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

However, if SSBC Limited is required to cancel an order due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the customer will receive a full refund.
